The only positive aspect of this accommodation was its location. It was conveniently close to the train station, which made it easy to get around and explore the city. There were also plenty of things to do during the day and night in the surrounding area, providing entertainment and dining options.

The staff at check-in were unfriendly and not welcoming at all. The room itself was outdated with no windows and not enough lights.

During my Xmas stay, I really liked the convenience of the location. It was easy to access from the airport and close to major attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were clean and private, and there was even a safebox for storing valuables.

One aspect that I didn't particularly enjoy was the noise level in the rooms. Despite there being rules about quiet hours, some guests were not considerate and stayed up late, disturbing others.

We had a great stay at a cozy hostel near Namba Station. The amenities and common area were top-notch, and we appreciated the clean bathrooms and free toiletries. The location was perfect, with easy access to tourist sites and attractions. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to assist us. The hostel also had washing facilities, and the air conditioning was decent. we felt it was a great value for money, and we were pleased with the storage space in our room.

The location was perfect, within walking distance of DenDen town and Namba station, making it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend this hostel and will definitely be staying here again in the future.

It was smack dab in the middle of everything. Train stations, restaurants, malls, you name it. Plus, the staff treated us like VIPs.

The location of the hostel, right across from Namba Station, was incredibly convenient, especially for catching the Airport express to Kansai. I had an exceptional experience at Nerarel Hostel Namba.

The location was fantastic, right beside the train and subway station, making it easy to explore the city. We loved being able to walk to the Kuromon Market and there were plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. The beds were super comfy and we enjoyed spending time in the dining area. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We also appreciated the fact that they provided all the toiletries we needed, including shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and toothbrushes.

The only downside we experienced was that the walls in the private rooms seemed to be quite thin, making it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms. It would have been nice if the rooms were more soundproof.
